Where has November gone?! I feel like yesterday was Halloween and in just a few days will already be Thanksgiving! This weekend is my last 2 dates open for regular sessions for 2022. Most people already know but I'm closing them earlier than normal since my oldest son is doing wrestling this year and my daughter is doing basketball. I don't want to miss out cheering my kiddos on. PLUS! Have y'all seen the farmers almanac this year or the spoon thingy showing signs for a gnarly winter season?

Illinois is projected to have a "normal" winter but with frigid temperatures of below freezing. I've also heard from some of the older farmers that we'll be getting a lot of snow. No thank you, I think I'll pass. I, myself am not a fan of the cold but my camera especially is not a fan. So it's probably best if I close my books for regular sessions now even if my kiddos weren't doing winter sports. While I'm excited to be taking a little break from my regular sessions that also means turning my focus back to my classwork.

My classwork takes a backseat once busy season starts kicking in. There's just not enough time in a day for me to do everything I want and need to do. And while continuing my education is so important to me its also important to make sure I am focused and able to soak it all in like a sponge. Don't get me wrong, I'll still be busy working, work just a little bit different in different seasons. Who knows...maybe I'll grow this blog. I might just impress myself on that one!

Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving beautiful souls!
